Varanasi, also known as Kashi, is a spiritually significant city located on the banks of the Ganges River in India. It is famous for its ancient temples, particularly the Kashi Vishwanath Temple dedicated to Lord Shiva. The city's ghats, like Dashashwamedh Ghat, are known for daily rituals and the captivating Ganga Aarti ceremony.

Varanasi features narrow, bustling lanes filled with pilgrims, holy men, and lively markets. Visitors can experience its rich cultural heritage, observe Hindu cremation rituals at Manikarnika Ghat, and enjoy its famous street food. Overall, Varanasi provides a deep dive into India's spiritual essence, appealing to both seekers of enlightenment and cultural enthusiasts.

ITINERARY
Day 01: Arrivals at Varanasi – Sightseeing

Upon your arrival at Varanasi Airport or Railway Station, our representatives will welcome you and assist you in transferring to your booked hotel for check-in. After checking in, you can take some time to rest.

In the evening, you will experience the Ganga Aarti, a ceremonial offering of lamps and prayers to the river Ganges, which is revered by Hindus as a goddess. This ceremony takes place every evening at Dashashwamedh Ghat and can be viewed either from the ghat or from a boat on the river. The aarti is a spectacular event characterized by skilled rituals performed by priests, accompanied by the sounds of bells, drums, cymbals, and chanting in Sanskrit. You will have the option to enjoy a boat ride on the Ganga for an additional fee.

After the aarti, you will return to your hotel for the night in Varanasi.

Day 02: Varanasi – Vindhyachal – Prayagraj – Varanasi

In Varanasi, the day starts early at 5:00 AM with visits to the Old Kashi Vishwanath Temple, Annapurna Temple, Vishalakshi Temple, and Kal Bhairav Temple, after which you'll return to the hotel for breakfast.

Following breakfast, you will travel to Prayagraj. Upon arrival, you'll visit several significant sites, including the holy Triveni Sangam, Hanuman Temple, Anand Bhawan, and Alopi Devi Temple. After the sightseeing in Prayagraj, you'll return to Varanasi, making a stop at Vindhyachal for darshan (worship).

You'll spend the night at a hotel in Varanasi.

Day 03: Varanasi Sightseeing

In Varanasi, after breakfast, you'll take a trip to Sarnath, a significant Buddhist site where Buddha delivered his first sermon after attaining enlightenment. In Sarnath, you can explore several important sites, including the Mulagandhakuti Vihara, Sarnath Museum, and various stupas and monasteries.

Afterward, you'll have the chance to shop at the Varanasi Silk Market. Next, you will embark on a tour of important temples, visiting the New Kashi Vishwanath Temple, Sankat Mochan Temple, Durga Temple, and Tulsi Manas Mandir.

Finally, you'll return to your hotel for an overnight stay in Varanasi.

Day 04: Varanasi Departure

In Varanasi, after having breakfast, you will check out of your hotel. Then, you will be taken to Varanasi Airport or Railway Station for your return journey or to continue your travels. The tour concludes with fond memories.
